These Terms of Service govern the use of the SkanMieszkania service available at skanmieszkania.pl, provided by SkanMieszkania sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Service Provider").
By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place any orders.
The Terms are available at all times at skanmieszkania.pl/regulamin and may be amended by the Service Provider with 14 days' prior notice.
SkanMieszkania provides a service consisting of the automatic generation of AI-powered property analysis reports (hereinafter: "Report").

Optionally, the Customer may attach a floor plan in PNG, JPG or PDF format (up to 10 MB), which will be included in the layout analysis.
An order is effective upon successful payment. Submitting an order without payment does not activate the service.
No account registration is required to place an order.
The service price is 149 PLN gross (VAT included) per Report.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Accepted payment methods: BLIK, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored by the Service Provider.
A VAT invoice is available upon request. To receive an invoice, please provide company details in the notes field before payment, or write to kontakt@skanmieszkania.pl within 7 days of purchase.
Report generation begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
If the Report is not delivered within 30 minutes of payment, the Customer will be notified by email. In the event of a permanent technical failure, the Service Provider will issue a refund within 5 business days.
In accordance with Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires and after the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

A complaint should include: order number or email address used when ordering, description of the issue and expected resolution.
Complaints are processed within 14 business days of receipt. The response is sent to the email address provided in the complaint.
The Service Provider is entitled to reject complaints regarding Report content if the data provided by the Customer was incorrect or incomplete and the Report was generated and delivered in accordance with these Terms.
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that Reports are reliable and based on current data, however:
The above limitations do not exclude or restrict consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of Polish law.
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR. Detailed information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes arising from the provision of services shall be resolved by the competent common court. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, in particular via the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 14 days before they take effect by email (if consent was given) or via a notice on the website.
These Terms take effect on 1 May 2025.
